Santorum Blasts Politico’s Palin Coverage

The lead-up to the Republican campaign for president next year is getting testy. Former GOP Sen. Rick Santorum, a likely candidate in that campaign, is taking Politico news service to task for a story it published with negative comments by him about fellow potential candidate Sarah Palin.

rick,santorum,palin,politico,cuppAt issue is Santorum’s response to questions asked by S.E. Cupp, a conservative commentator who hosts an online radio show on Glenn Beck’s website. Cupp asked Santorum about Palin’s decision not to speak at CPAC (the Conservative Political Action Conference) this weekend.

Santorum responded that the former Alaska governor has “other business opportunities” occupying her schedule, Politico reports.

“I have a feeling she has some demands on her time, and a lot of them have financial benefit attached to them, so I’m sure that she’s doing what’s best for her and her family,” he said.

How easy is it to file a false claim in the Pigford settlement?

Have people been signing up for Pigford under the belief that it’s reparations for slavery?

Was the settlement intended to help black farmers hijacked to benefit people who had never farmed?

There has been conjecture and circumstantial evidence about these controversial questions surrounding the Pigford “Black Farmers” settlement for years but a complicit mainstream media’s lack of serious investigation has meant there has been little ‘hard evidence’ to prove or disprove these allegations.

Federally funded Arabic language program ripped

teacher and students smallAuthor and activist David Horowitz says it’s absolutely outrageous that some elementary and intermediate school students will be forced to take Arabic language and culture classes in a Dallas-Fort Worth suburb.

Several Dallas television stations have reported that the Mansfield Independent School District is instituting the Arabic language studies after receiving a federal grant from the Foreign Language Assistance Program of the U.S. Department of Education (DOE). Under the program, Arabic classes would be mandatory at an elementary and intermediate school in the district and optional at the middle and high schools. (See earlier article)
